I was at the store and I bought almost everything I wanted, but they did not have everything and there was a problem, because I had to drive to another store and it took me a long time.

I would never go there

Their purpose is to move fish. I have bought 4 fish from them and the first two had a infection and died in a week. The other two lasted 4 weeks. I am not a new person to fish care taking. I did everything by the book, I have had many fish in the past 10 years and nothing has had the same issue. The fish are cramped together in this place and whenever you go back to ask about a issue the lady goes and grabs $100 of stuff and tells you that you need it to take care of the fish without asking you if you want to buy it. Go somewhere else and you will get a much better deal. The accessories are marked up 50% or more and they call them premium accessories. I went to petco and the same item (same serial number) about 50% cheaper. I overheard the lady sell two 8 inch fish chiclids with a 20 gallon tank!!!! This place is overpriced and being investigate by BBB so stay away. I already talked to BBB and they have had many complaints about them.

A pheonix from the ashes

This store has been a long lived part of the north seattle area for some time. i remember going here back in the day, where the store was a simply run freshwater only fish store. There was little else in the way of pets. However a few years ago there was a serious fire in the store. Many of the animals died, and much of the store had to be gutted. :( But, with the help and support of the local community, the mom and pop owners were able to move next door, and start over. The new store is bigger (at least twice its original size), and has a wider array of pets. There are now saltwater fish, reptiles, spiders, and puppies. They have more supplies, and very nice drift wood selection. The freshwater fish selection is pretty limited, but the tanks are big and the fish are very healthy. i've never had any problems with any of the fish i've bought here. Now with the expansion and the saltwater fish, i'll probably stop by even more! I totally recommend stopping by and saying hello. The staff is very freindly.
